Refund and Returns Policy for BrightLuis

At BrightLuis, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following terms.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or refunds.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refunds
