We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping services to more regions in the future. Please check back for updates regarding international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: After your order is successfully placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed and shipped on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Business Days: Please note that our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible; however, please note that during peak shopping seasons (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly delayed.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of reliable shipping methods to suit your needs. The available shipping options at checkout will depend on your location and the size of your order.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is typically between 5-7 business days from the date your order ships.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery. Delivery time is typically between 2-3 business days.
- Priority Shipping: This is our fastest shipping method, ensuring your order arrives in 1-2 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on your location, product availability, and shipping carrier.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method and the destination address. The exact cost of shipping will be displayed during checkout, before you complete your purchase. We strive to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible, with competitive rates for all available shipping methods.
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: For orders under $50, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee depending on your location.
Note: Free shipping offers or flat-rate shipping fees do not apply to expedited or priority shipping services. Additional fees may apply for shipping to remote or rural areas.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the arrival date.
- Tracking Link: You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and entering your tracking number.

6. Order Delivery and Signature Requirements
In some cases, depending on the value of the item and the shipping method selected, a signature may be required upon delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will attempt to deliver your package, and if no one is available to sign for it, they may leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or package pick-up.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package during the expected delivery window. If you miss the delivery, you may need to arrange a redelivery or pick up your package from a local carrier facility.
7. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship your order promptly, Bright Luis is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, especially during busy seasons, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Once your package is with the carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery process.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, accidents can happen during transit. If your package is damaged upon arrival or you believe it has been lost, please contact us immediately.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or process a full refund, depending on the situation. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage for our records.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and either get it to you or issue a refund/replacement if necessary.
Note: If you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout, Bright Luis is not responsible for any shipping delays, package losses, or additional shipping fees incurred to reship the order.
9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. However, please note that some shipping carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If this is the case, we will reach out to you for alternative shipping arrangements.
If you are shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, please ensure that the address is correctly entered during checkout to avoid delivery issues.
